We will use your info (Email ID used while creating an account) to suggest appropriate opportunities via partner channels. We respect your choice. If you find any content irrelevant, let us know and your email will be out of our mailing list.
If you happen to use Social login (facebook / Google / Twitter), we retrieve your name, email ID and profile picture to help you create an account and personalize your experience like tracking your course progress on our website.
We will not be able to post any content on your social platforms. Please check the permissions we ask. We get only read permissions, not write permissions.
Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy
At MedCourse, we are committed to retaining your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide our training and certification services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion
In compliance with user data protection guidelines, MedCourse provides straightforward mechanisms to delete your account and all associated personal data:
You can submit a data deletion request by:

7.3 Data Disposal and Anonymization Process
Upon receiving an account deletion request:
- Immediate Revocation: Your active session, login tokens, and push notification registrations are immediately invalidated.
- Data Erasure: Your personal profile data (name, phone number, email, address, profile photos) is permanently purged or anonymized from our active databases within 30 days.
- Retained Exceptions: Certain historical transaction IDs and financial invoices may be retained in an encrypted, non-identifiable archive solely to meet mandatory tax, legal audit, and medical certification validation requirements as permitted by law.
